As a Technical Lead, you will serve as the engineering anchor for your team, combining hands-on development with day-to-day technical leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your squad, owning day-to-day technical decisions and ensuring alignment with broader engineering standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using:
- .NET (C#) for backend services
- Angular for front-end development
- DocumentDB for data persistence

- Lead feature design and architecture discussions by translating product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews focused on:

- Adherence to best practices

- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design stakeholders to align sprint execution with broader technical strategy.
- Mentor and support engineers by providing guidance on:

- Technical skills
- Problem-solving approaches
- Engineering best practices

- Identify and proactively address:

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with solid expertise in:
- .NET (C#)
- Angular





- Demonstrated experience leading or technically guiding a development team or workstream.
- Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 3+ years of Python development experience, particularly in:

- Data processing
- Scripting
- Pipeline automation

- Strong understanding of:

- Microservices architecture
- API design
- Distributed systems

- Solid grasp of:

- CI/CD processes
- Git/version control
- Modern DevOps practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align teammates and stakeholders around technical decisions.

- Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade systems with high availability and performance requirements.
