Roles and Responsibilities-

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Oversee the work of software engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
- Drive the adoption of contemporary technologies, tools, and processes to improve productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of the codebase.
- Participate in resource planning, task estimation, and prioritization of development work.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential to enhance products and processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team.

Skills Required





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics and Commerce Cloud
- Experience with delivery and release tooling such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado and SFDX, with solid understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery practices
- Practical experience in data analysis, KPI/reporting, data migration and data quality management, including ability to work with SQL/SOQL
- proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
