About Testsigma /n /n Testsigma is building the world's first Quality Intelligence Platform — AI-powered, agent-driven, and designed to make software testing intelligent, not just automated. /n /n About the Role /n /n As a Technical Account Manager, you'll own the technical health of your customer accounts — onboarding, adoption, configuration, and ongoing support. You'll work across a mix of customers, from small teams to large enterprises, coordinating with internal teams to make sure they're genuinely getting value from our platform. This role runs on a 24x5 rotational shift model supporting global customers. /n /n What You'll Be Doing /n /n /n

- Lead technical onboarding from kickoff to the customer's first real win

/n

- Identify adoption blockers and build plans to solve them

/n

- Act as the go-to technical expert for complex customer use cases, running calls and deep-dives

/n

- Coordinate with TSE, ES, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive product feedback

/n

- Keep account records, health data, and status updates current

/n /n /n What We're Looking For /n /n





- 2-5 years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company

/n

- Hands-on experience diagnosing adoption issues using logs, APIs, and usage data

/n

- Experience configuring or integrating a SaaS product in a real customer setting

/n

- Strong written and verbal communication in English

/n

- Comfort with a 24x5 rotational shift model

/n

- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience

/n /n /n Nice to have: experience with test automation/QA tools, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like Gainsight, Totango, Postman, Jira, or Salesforce. /n /n Why Join Us /n /n
