Requirements

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

These should include essential & desirable requirements such as:

In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards, including

ASC 606 / IFRS 15.

Strong understanding of business processes,

systems, and controls related to revenue recognition.

Experience with Revenue Management systems (e.g., Zuora Revenue, Oracle RMCS or similar)

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-

technical stakeholders.

Positive interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Functional Skills

Experience in building uses cases, test cases,

test scripts

Demonstrates good knowledge and understanding of performing on project teams and providing deliverables.

Technical Tools

Must have





Strong understanding on RMS tools- Zuora

Revenue/Oracle RMCS

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

Experience in a similar role in their current profile.

Strong understanding of business processes,

systems, and controls related to revenue recognition.

Experience working on cross-functional projects or initiatives, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Strong accounting knowledge and experience in dealing with financial data are a plus.

Knowledge of Azure Databricks / Alteryx /

Python / SAS / Knime.

Education/Qualification

Level of experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and

Information System or a related field

4-6 years of experience in relevant roles, with a focus on revenue recognition, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation
