Level E-4 Senior Executive Reporting To Lead – Project Execution

Position Purpose Team Member - Operations & Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that equipment and facilities are operating safely and efficiently. Also, he/she is responsible for the upkeep of the Utilities and their performance including HVACs , Chilled water, Brine, Nitrogen plant, etc.

This job supports the R&D; activities at site and the incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Overall, the main goal of a maintenance engineer is to ensure that equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and improve overall efficiency.




- Responding to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, diagnosing the problem, and making necessary repairs.
- Collaborating with other engineers and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Monitoring and analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ordering and maintaining an inventory of necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
- Providing technical support and training to other maintenance personnel.
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with current technologies and industry trends to improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Education Qualification Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in API R&D; set up Work Experience 5+ years of experience in API R&D; set up

Industry to be Hired from Pharmaceuticals/ Agrochemical / Fine Chemical
