The Role will be an integral part of the Clinical Data Analytics team, contributing to the advancement of health analytics within the organization. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President Head of Clinical Data Analytics, this role is pivotal in shaping the statistical foundation of population health analytics initiatives. The primary purpose of this position is to validate, optimize, and maintain statistical models that underpin the organizations Wellbeing Score, Family Wellbeing Score, Corporate Health Index, and Lifestyle Scores. By applying advanced statistical methods and causal analysis, the Role ensures that data-driven insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business and customer engagement goals. The role focuses on ensuring the robustness and scalability of statistical heuristics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in modeling approaches. The Role will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and subject matter specialists, to support the organizations mission of improving population health and customer engagement strategies. They will also uphold the integrity of data goverce protocols and contribute to the automation of model updates and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. - Evolving Customer and Population Health Needs (Internal/External): The role demands continuous adaptation to evolving health trends and customer needs, requiring frequent updates and optimization of statistical models to ensure relevance and accuracy in dynamic business environments.

- Regulatory Compliance and Data Goverce (External): Ensuring all statistical models and data processes adhere to stringent regulatory standards such as those set by the NHA, while maintaining compliance with data privacy and protection laws, adds complexity to project execution.

- Crossfunctional Collaboration and Alignment (Internal): Working with diverse stakeholders across business, technical, and clinical teams poses challenges in aligning statistical models with organizational goals and customer engagement strategies.

Moving beyond correlation to establish robust causal relationships in population health analytics requires advanced statistical expertise, reliable data, and significant computational resources, often under tight deadlines.

Key Result Areas

- Integrated Health Data Platform Development: Lead backend integrations connecting health, wellness, and ficial datasets to enable unified, analyticsready platforms supporting customer and partner journeys. Drive reverse data integration across coaching, OPD, and diagnostic vendors. Lead automation for ingestion, validation, and enrichment.

- Data Reporting Dashboard Automation: Ensure timely, accurate, and automated publication of business and healthmanagement reports for leadership and functional stakeholders. Deliver BMA, CEO, DRM, and HM PL reports as per schedule. Automate recurring dashboards (HM, EW, OPD). Maintain data integrity and visualization consistency. Partner with Fice for accuracy and budget alignment.

- Portfolio Analytics Ficial Impact Measurement: Develop analytical frameworks linking wellness participation, health outcomes, and claims experience to measure ROI and business impact. Build models connecting wellness scores to IR/LR/LOS. Conduct readmission and highrisk analysis . Publish evidencebased insights for leadership decisions. Integrate findings into portfoliolevel ficial dashboards.
