Role The Role of the Senior Manager / Manager –

- IPQA is to lead & mentor the IPQA Team to maintain and improve ProcessProduct Quality & drive the Organization to meet the Customer expectations.

Academic Qualification / Job Qualification

- BE with Electronics &
- Communication / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 12-16 Years Experience
- Diploma with Electrical and Electronics / Electronics &
- Communication with 14-20 Years Experience

Required Skills / competence required to perform the Job :

- Valuable Communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate closely with Customers, Corporate &
- External Agencies
- Decision Making
- Team Player with Leadership skills
- Good knowledge in various QMS standards
- Experience to electronics PCBA & box-build manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the Team members &
- CFT on IPQA activity.
- Work with Management to set the goals & objectives related to IPQA
- Review & understand Customer requirements
- Interact & work closely with Customers.




- Maintain and continually improve process / Product Quality
- Lead the meeting with Customers of Quality topics.
- Ensure that the Quality records are maintained.
- Drive process audit for continuous improvement.
- To ensure the adherence to the defined processes.
- To drive corrective actions for Customer & internal major defects.
- To work with cross functional team for DPPM improvements.
- To work with cross functional team for RTY improvements.
- A ctive participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness, continuous improvements etc

Authority

- Authorized to take timely decisions to ensure compliance to QMS requirements in manufacturing process.
- Authorized to trigger corrective actions in the Organization wherever there is Non fulfillment of the requirement.
- Authorized for the line stop & shipment hold in case of major quality deviations which will impact the Customers
