Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Coupa / Zycus S2P System Configuration Team Lead to lead the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) procurement platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zycus or Coupa, along with expertise in procurement processes, workflow configuration, integrations, access management, testing, release management, and production support.

The role will also involve leading and mentoring a team while working with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the configuration, administration, and support of S2P/P2P procurement platforms, with strong preference for Zycus or Coupa.
- Manage workflows, approvals, roles, access controls, master data, and system configurations.
- Support procurement processes including sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, supplier onboarding, contract management, and catalog management.
- Manage cXML, punchout catalogs, hosted catalogs, supplier integrations, and ERP-connected procurement environments.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
- Lead UAT, testing, release management, change management, and production support activities.
- Ensure effective governance around SaaS releases, system changes, and production deployments.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and drive continuous optimization.




- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for procurement technology-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health.
- Work closely with global and multi-region teams to ensure consistent procurement technology operations.
- Lead, mentor, and guide team members and manage assigned projects or support workstreams.
- Collaborate with internal IT, procurement, finance, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree, or equivalent qualified experience.
- 7 to 15 years of overall experience, with 68 years of experience in administering or supporting S2P, P2P, or procurement technology platforms.
- 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team, project workstream, or support function.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zycus is highly preferred.
- Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar procurement platforms will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, role and access administration, data governance, UAT and testing, release management, change management, and production support.
- Experience with cXML, punchout catalogs, hosted catalogs, supplier integrations, and ERP integrations.
- Experience working in a global or multi-region business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Shift Timing : 5 : 30 PM 2 : 30 AM

Work Mode : Hybrid 2 days from office
