Description
Checking TDS & GST liablity as per Income tax act and GST law for all Prudent group entities
Preparing data for submission to Statutory Authorities and co ordinating with Consultants for compliance w.r.t. various Income tax and other litigations,
Handling GST Audit
Periodically filing TDS & GST returns and all other work related of Tax compliances
Co ordinating with Tax auditors for Tax Computation etc.
Desired Profile
His primary duty will be to take care of all compliance related to Direct & Indirect tax
Sound knowledge of GST and Income tax law is must, Experience of handling various litigation matters is preferable
Must be a CA Qualified
