Job SummaryWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and preferably experience hiring for automobile, sales, service, technology, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirement to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Understand hiring requirements and timelines from management and department heads.




- Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, interview pipeline, selection ratio, and joining ratio.
- Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and ethical hiring practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in automobile/automotive recruitment will be preferred. Experience hiring for the following roles will be an advantage:

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Automotive or technology-sector recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
