What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job Portals
- Employee Referrals
- Social Media Networks
- Professional Communities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless candidate engagement
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
Maintain accurate records using ATS and recruitment technologies
Track and analyze recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Source Effectiveness
- Hiring Efficiency
- Cost-per-Hire
Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in End-to-End Recruitment
Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle multiple positions in a dynamic environment
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices
Understanding of labor laws, hiring compliance, and global recruitment considerations
Experience working in high-volume hiring environments
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
