About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and preferably exposure to textile, manufacturing, or similar industries .

The role will involve hiring for both corporate and operational/plant-level positions and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requirement understanding to candidate joining .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, consultants, campus hiring, networking, and social media .
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidates for skills, communication, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability .
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiations,



offer rollouts, and counter-offer situations.
- Track candidates from offer stage through joining and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Conduct employment, education, and reference verification as required.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in textile, manufacturing, apparel, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing .
- Experience hiring for technical, plant, operational, corporate, and/or managerial positions will be an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with recruitment portals, LinkedIn, databases, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in HR or any relevant discipline.
