We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for a growing QSR business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with Operations and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, walk-ins and local hiring drives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
- Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Hiring TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio and Source Effectiveness.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR and Operations teams to improve candidate engagement and joining ratios.
Candidate Profile
- 2–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in consulting firm will be preferred.
- Strong experience in frontline/volume hiring and candidate sourcing.
- Positive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong execution and follow-up skills.
