● OML Studios: India’s premier production house developing original IPs for leading OTT platforms. Also helps brands conceptualise and produce original IPs, manage syndication and licensing.

● EighteenSixtyTwo: Bacardi’s offsite content and advertising agency, with campaigns in 20+ countries, delivering top-tier creative and content marketing solutions.

● OML Sports: A creative content studio crafting high-impact ads, social media campaigns, and sportainment content for leading teams and leagues.

Purpose of the role :

Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational succes.

Key responsibilities:

● Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.

● Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.

● Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews.

● Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.

● Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.

Skills:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.

● Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
