InstantServe is a growing IT staffing and workforce solutions company serving clients across the United States. We are looking for motivated entry-level Talent Acquisition Analysts to join our Mohali team and begin their careers in US IT recruitment.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst , you will support our US recruitment team by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in US IT staffing and talent acquisition. Training and guidance will be provided on US recruitment processes, technical roles, sourcing platforms, and staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Learn to understand technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS and recruitment systems.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.




- Work closely with US recruiters and account/delivery teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
- Track daily recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, and other performance metrics.
- Learn and follow company recruitment processes and client requirements.
- Develop knowledge of US IT roles, technologies, locations, and time zones.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment, staffing, BPO, customer service, or related experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours .

Preferred Skills
- Interest in US IT recruitment or staffing.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or online sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Robust follow-up and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Previous internship or academic exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.
