Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage recruitment activities from requisition creation through offer and joining.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations and candidate closure..

1. Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to the business.
- Conduct regular recruitment reviews and provide hiring updates.
- Understand current and future workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for difficult-to-hire skills.
- Proactively engage passive candidates.
