Sutherland hiring for International voice support for one of the most leading Ecommerce brand!!

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to orders and product deliveries.
- Assist customers with issues such as incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery updates.
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (B2 level).
- HSC/Graduate (as per process eligibility).

Shift & Working Days:
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- US shift (Night Shift)

Employment Type

- Prospect to work from home after 2 months, subject to performance and business requirements.
