Title Description for Opportunity: Supply Chain Engineer

Role Name: Manufacturing Engineer - Supply Chain Engineering

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Experience Range: 3 to 10 Years

Qualifications: BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Certifications: Power BI, Microsoft Office, SAP / ERP, Net Inspect

Must Have Skills:

1. Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
2. Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and Production Introduction (PI) activities with suppliers
3. Support supplier qualifications and development programs
4. . Drive supplier industrialization and manufacturing readiness assessments
5.



Conduct supplier process audits and compliance assessments
6. Hands-on experience on Root Cause Analysis and non-conformances management (Concession, Deviation permit etc.) for supplier activities.
7. Hands-on experience on creating and reviewing FAIR documents, Tech Pack documents
8. Execute cost reduction and localization initiatives
9. Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance requirements are met
10. Collaborate with global suppliers to achieve business objectives

Good to have Skills

1. Experience in Manufacturing Process of Aero components of Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum alloys.
2. Knowledge of Aerospace Standards
3. Drive APQP, PPAP, FAIR review and approval activities.
4. Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
5. Ability to pre-access manufacturing of the proposed cost reduction concept.
6. Good presentation and communication skills
7. Hands on Teamcenter
8. Working on SAP MM, PP, ERP S/4HANA, Net Inspect
9. Excel basic and advance knowledge
10. Immediate joining
11. Should costing 6Tool and Fixture
12. Available for immediate joining.
