Key Responsibilities

- Develop news stories, interviews, features, profiles and industry articles, while coordinating with reporters, contributors, industry professionals and PR teams.
- Source and research relevant industry news and articles for the daily newspaper and identify key developments and stories relevant to DST's readership.
- Edit press releases and industry submissions for publication, ensuring accuracy, clarity and grammatical correctness.
- Assist in planning the daily newspaper's editorial lineup and content priorities.
- Develop content for DST's digital platforms, website and newsletters.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely publication.
- Support editorial coverage of industry events, conferences,



exhibitions and awards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in journalism, media or content-related roles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with robust writing and editing skills.
- Good research skills and the ability to identify relevant information.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the shipping, maritime, logistics and supply chain industry.
