We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the process of choosing and applying to international universities and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education options, courses, universities, and countries.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Assist with documentation, application forms, SOPs, and other admission requirements.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and admission procedures.
- Achieve counselling and application-related targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
