Role Description:

Design. People. Content. Chaos. We need someone who can handle it all!

We’re looking for a proactive, organized and creative Studio Head who can keep the studio running smoothly while managing social media, enquiries, collaborations, PR and office coordination.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Social Media





- Coordinate with teams and organize site photo/video shoots .
- Plan the content calendar a month ahead .
- Coordinate content and have a good working knowledge of Canva .

AI

- Basic knowledge of AI tools & prompting .
- Experience/interest in AI image and video generation .
- Stay curious about new AI tools that can improve our workflow.

Enquiries

- Monitor Instagram/social media DMs and emails .
- Respond to and follow up with potential clients .
- Ensure no enquiry gets lost.

Collaborations & PR

- Coordinate brand collaborations, influencers, media and PR activities .
- Manage communication and follow-ups with collaborators.

Studio Management

- Manage day-to-day office/studio coordination .
- Coordinate between teams, vendors and external partners.
- Keep track of tasks, meetings and follow-ups.

MUST HAVE : Excellent communication skills + solid command of English.

You should be confident, proactive, digitally savvy and comfortable juggling multiple things at once.

Bonus: A good eye for design and a personality that can handle a little studio chaos.
