We are rebooting our fresh student batches and looking for a target-oriented Student Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to handle student inquiries, drive counseling walk-ins, and close enrollments.

- Standard Batch Enrollments: ₹1,000 cash bonus per enrolled student.
- High-Value / Premium Certifications: ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 cash bonus per enrolled student.
- Monthly Target Super-Bonus: Close 10+ students in a single month and unlock an extra flat ₹3,000 performance bonus .

1. Lead Management: Call fresh inbound leads (BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Tech, and Diploma students) generated from our digital ads and organic campaigns.
2. Counseling & Conversion: Understand the student's career goals,



explain our course modules (matching GICSEH/ISOEH standards), and highlight the practical lab environment.
3. Drive Office Walk-Ins: Convince students and their parents to visit our Khardaha office for in-person counseling sessions and lab tours.
4. Follow-Up & Closing: Maintain a daily pipeline on WhatsApp/Phone to explicit student doubts, manage fee installments, and complete admission formalities.
5. Local Campus Outreach: Help organize promotional campaigns, workshop flyers, and ties-ups across nearby colleges in Sodpur, Rahara, Barrackpore, and Barasat.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in ed-tech sales, tele-calling, or counseling at coaching centers or computer institutes. (Smart freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome).
- Language: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (ability to converse clearly over the phone is essential; basic English comprehension is required).
- Sales Mindset: Energetic, persistent, comfortable handling fee objections, and motivated by target bonuses.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Khardaha, Sodpur, Barrackpore, Titagarh, or Agarpara will be given top priority.
