M&N; PAVILLION GROUP is an architectural and infrastructure practice currently executing large-scale educational infrastructure developments across Karnataka. We are expanding our remote project team to manage high-output engineering, estimation, and technical documentation workflows.

1. Structural Engineer (Contractual)(1 position)

Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2–5 Years in Structural Detailing & Analysis

Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid structural adaptation, foundation grid checks, and RCC framing layout detailing for educational building blocks based on site boundary DWG inputs.

Generate standard structural drawing sets (footing, plinth, column layouts, slab/beam details) integrated with master architectural plans.

Coordinate closely with Project Lead Architects to ensure structural drawings align seamlessly with approved zoning layouts.

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Structural / Civil Engineering.





Proficiency in AutoCAD for structural drafting; experience with structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro / ETABS) is a plus.

Prior experience with standard public-sector/government institutional frame structures and standard footing practices.

1. DPR Specialist ( 1 position )– Infrastructure (Contractual)

Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2–5 Years in Technical Reporting & Documentation

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for school infrastructure projects using Gap Analysis data, approved CAD layouts, and BOQ estimates.

Synthesize architectural and structural data into standard government-compliant project documentation formats.

Ensure report quality, data accuracy, and swift execution to align with fast-paced delivery schedules.

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or Masters in Construction / Project Management.

Robust technical writing skills with advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Demonstrated experience in compiling DPRs for public sector, institutional, or educational infrastructure works.
