Job Purpose: Carry out assigned tasks including design, 3D modelling, engineering documentation, estimating and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Preparations of overall 3D 2D layouts in Revit /AutoCAD, work independently with minimum supervision.
- Advanced knowledge Revit Modelling: Modelling of structural items of Power house, pump house building, Primary Structure, Secondary structures (e.g. platforms) in Tekla and Revit, as per the Structural Design Input, Standard Drawings, Project Specifications and procedures.
- Preparation of templates for new projects such as: according to building areas; according to different design groups (maintenance groups); according to levels; according to export 3D-models.
- Knowledge of creating families and groups within Revit.
- Knowledge of import and export of models, especially between Aveva E3D and Revit.
- Support of creating 3D-models as drafts for further usage.
- Preparation of templates for extraction drawings for Everllence as well as current projects.
- Development of manual for external planning office how to create 3D-Revit models for Everllence.
- Documentation as created files within projects but as well till release in Everllence documentation.
- Drawing production using Revit: Extracting 2D drawings from the 3D model and further development in Draw.
- 2D drawings creation for layout drawings, site plan, grid plan and template setting.
- Develop General Arrangement Drawings, Exhaust gas design including detail drawings.
- Drawings documentation Excel sheets preparations.
- Checking of MTO: Checking of Revit Model, Structural Drawings, preparation of Structural Steel MTO.
- Responsible for the technical correctness,



quality and progress of the 3D model and structural drawings; issue of structural drawings as per plan, in the project assigned.
- Be a good team player and flexible to accommodate the changes in roles and responsibilities, while meeting the project needs.
- Implement all the structural details as required by the project standards while developing drawings and follow the drawing production work flow of the project.
- Plan proactively and follow up closely for input in order to meet the drawing release schedule.
- Identify if there are any challenges in achieving the targets in the early stage and highlight them to the civil lead/project lead.
- Be familiar with all the project requirements for 3D modelling, drawing production, methods, work-flow and project specific guidelines using the software tools Revit and implement them while executing the project.
- Execute modelling / drawing preparation and checking of structural drawings as per the project guidelines and check lists, following the project work flow and deliver the drawings as per project plan.
- Inter-Discipline coordination activities.
- Clash checking with interface piping, equipment cable trays.
- Preparations of checklist and applicable process documents for quality aspects for the assigned tasks.
- Coordinate actively with other departments for the project executed from multiple locations, attend meetings and communicate effectively to the team and project lead.
- Be available to work in other company location for a specified duration, if there is a requirement in the project.
- Perform to achieve the highest possible work efficiency.

Experience / Skills

- Essential 4 to 6 years of experience in Diesel engine based power plants
- Having sound knowledge and experience in 3D modelling drafting software using (Revit AutoCAD)
- Maintain Revit family libraries, templates, and content, ensuring compliance with execution plans and naming conventions
- Must be well familiar with International codes and standards like Eurocodes ,API American codes, and ISO etc
- Experience in 3D modelling of Primary, secondary and tertiary steel of Power plant ,modules, structural detailing of buildings and secondary steel structure/platform, checking of structural drawings, preparation of MTO, clash checking of 3D model and thorough understanding of the software tools like Revit is required.
- Desirable Conversant with RSTAB / StaadPro / AVEVA E3D software
- Working knowledge of Auto Cad and Other 3D tools, Naviswork etc.
