What You'll Actually Do

- Be the nerve center of how TribesforGOOD runs — owning planning, execution, and reporting across programs
- Work directly with program, education, and client servicing to make sure impact on the ground doesn't get lost to logistics
- Track the metrics that matter and know the difference between noise and signal
- Manage partners, vendors,



and on-ground coordination for programs and events
- Bring structure to ambiguity you'll often be figuring out "the way we do this" for the first time
- Feed real, sharp insights to leadership that shape what we do next

Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy/consulting roles, with a track record of owning execution end-to-end
- Master's degree: A genuinely strong academic record — we care about rigor. Strong CGPA/percentile, competitive exam background, or something equally demanding
- Obsessive attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong communicator, on paper and in person — comfortable presenting to leadership and managing external partners
- Comfortable with Clause, Gemini and picks up new tools fast
- Genuinely curious about the social impact and education space, this isn't a stepping-stone job for you, it's a mission
