Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a high-performing team while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
- Handle cash management and store reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work versatile shifts.
