- Drive store sales and consistently achieve set targets
- Ensure all store KPIs are met

Customer Service Excellence

- Lead from the front in Meet, Greet & Direct” approach
- Proactively resolve customer queries and complaints

Stock Management & Controls
- Ensure timely receipt and availability of stock
- Implement measures to control shrinkage
- Adhere to GC/PI calendar

Marketing & Promotions
- Execute campaigns and promotions as per timelines
- Maintain VM and planogram standards
- Drive growth in TIC contribution

Staff Management

- Ensure timely induction and onboarding
- Drive engagement, retention, and productivity
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and task allocation
- Deliver training as per Career Passport and keep records updated

Administration & Compliance
- Maintain store facilities as per company norms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security agencies
- Achieve audit standards and act on mystery audit feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and brand standards
