We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory, and ensure the smooth functioning of store activities. Freshers with a willingness to learn and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Receive, check, and maintain incoming materials and stock.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Issue materials as per requirements and maintain proper records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and assist with inventory checks.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and other internal teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Prepare basic stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Follow company procedures for stock handling and store management.

Requirements

- Fresher – 2 years of experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse, or related operations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle physical stock responsibly.

Salary & Earnings

- Fresher: Starting salary around ₹15,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary can be up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Incentives: Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
- Overtime (OT): Eligible overtime work will be paid separately as per company policy.
- Total monthly earnings: With incentives and overtime, earning potential can be up to approximately ₹25,000 per month, depending on performance and OT.

Note: The salary range is not fixed and may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, performance, incentives, and overtime.Working Hours
