Key Responsibilities

- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service in accordance with restaurant service standards.
- Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas as per operational requirements and ensure all areas are service-ready.
- Clear and reset tables promptly during service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest checks and payments accurately, following prescribed cashiering and billing procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of dining areas, service equipment, tools, and other operational facilities.
- Follow established restaurant service standards, including Back to Basics practices and service sequences.
- In the absence of the Hostess, attend incoming restaurant calls, provide relevant information, take reservations, and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members.
- Stay updated on restaurant/hotel products, services, menus, promotions, and facilities to effectively respond to guest queries.
- Handle guest requests and concerns in a friendly and qualified manner, taking appropriate action or escalating matters to the relevant manager when required.
- Assist with CRM initiatives and F&B; marketing processes as directed by the management team.
- Support managers in maintaining compliance with hygiene,



health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Assist in minimizing operational losses and wastage while supporting cost-control and profitability initiatives.
- Monitor menu and service-related stock levels and ensure required par levels are maintained.
- Ensure adequate availability of collateral materials, service supplies, and consumables.
- Use consumables, equipment, tools, and service equipment responsibly and ensure they are handled safely and correctly.
- Support managers in implementing cost-saving measures and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Complete administrative, operational, and other side duties as assigned by the Manager or Captain.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and a consistently positive guest experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,005.58 per month
