- Incumbent should be having minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Control Department with prior experience in fabrication industries only in shop-floor Quality Control. ( NOT FROM PROJECT BASE EXPERIENCE)
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties)
- Candidate should be well versed with QA systems & procedures.
- Check & Inspect the product quality is within the parameters or not of Fabricated items produced
- Responsible for Quality Audit
- Corrective & Preventive action
- Effectively troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level
- Able to give training to the QA staff & engineers in his team.
- Incumbent should be willing to work in shifts.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities )
- Should be able to troubleshoot concerns of internal customers with respect to QA issues.
