Hiring: HR Recruiter – BPO / Non-IT Bulk Hiring
DirectusHR Services is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT bulk hiring.
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 2–4 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in **BPO / Non-IT Bulk Hiring
- Banking BPO recruitment experience preferred
- Must have handled end-to-end recruitment
- Experience working on Naukri, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment portals
- Good candidate pipeline management and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets
- Strong communication and candidate handling skills
