We are looking for a Senior Executive & Deputy Manager People and Culture to own end-to-end recruitment for corporate/head office roles across functions such as Marketing, Finance, FMCG, Events, L&D;, and IT. This role is critical to building our talent pipeline as we continue our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with function heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build accurate job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels
- Maintain and update candidate pipeline trackers and hiring dashboards
- Track and report on key TA metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and aging of open positions
- Drive employer branding initiatives including LinkedIn content, walk-ins, and campus engagement
- Support and strengthen the employee referral programme
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners for a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
- Ensure a strong candidate experience at every stage of the hiring funnel
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 - 9 years of experience in corporate/non-store recruitment, preferably in retail, QSR, FMCG, or consultancy
- Robust stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
