2. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution

Individual will be responsible for

- Executing projects as per defined timeline
- Provide site support to site execution team
- Coordinating with clients for kick-off meetings, URS approvals, FAT etc.
- Software development and testing of SCADA, PLC, HMI programming ,etc.
- Product testing based on system design
- Job completion certificate and reporting

3. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

KNOWLEDGE

- Robust knowledge of BMS architecture with different types of Operator workstations, Supervisory Controllers ,DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators etc.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems etc. Experience in engineering, installing and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems for infrastructure projects like pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings,



hospitals
- Knowledge of different types of network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other communication protocols
- Software programming of supervisory and DDC level controllers, prepare test plan, perform simulation and delivering commissioning package to field

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Siemens, AB, Schneider & Mitsubishi PLC's(Intermediate to high-end level expertise)
- Wincc, FT View, Vijeo Citect SCADA frameworks(Intermediate to high-end level expertise)
- intermediate exposure in handling SQL databases
- instrumentation in verticals(HVAC, BMS, Process instrumentation)
- Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning in Small to Medium sized projects
- Industrial communication Protocols Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP,DNP3.0,Profibus,Profinet,Ethernet/IP etc.
- 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, GAMP5 regulations
- in the Pharma domain and handled documentation related to IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Industrial Networking, connecting PLCs, SCADA & HMI in Client- Server or Redundancy Architecture.
- in Understanding and modifying System Architecture, Panel drawing, Cable Scheduling, Plant Layouts, P&ID;
- Well versed with Microsoft office , presentations and ERP. Knowledge of MS Project and Auto CAD will be an added advantage.

5. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education

BE (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication) with Basic Instrumentation & Control loop understanding)

Experience

- 4+ years of project or site experience
- Experience in the field of process instrumentation and Industrial Automation (PLC programming/DCS/SCADA)

Communication

- Good communication skills.
- Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Should have very good analytical and logical ability.
- Should be a good decision-maker.
