The Senior Director – IT Business Partner for India, Middle East, & Rest of Asia is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering closely with the Building Automation leadership teams across India, Middle East, and Rest of Asia to enable business outcomes through technology, digital innovation, and operational excellence.

This role serves as the primary IT interface for the regional organization, ensuring robust alignment between regional business priorities, Honeywell Global Digital & IT (GDM), and the Building Automation IT strategy. The role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a high-growth, highly diverse regional landscape, while building a strong, scalable, and future-ready IT organization.
