Inviting applications for the role of Specialist - HRO - Payroll Specialist

Job Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes.

Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.

Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and perks-related queries.

Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and perks questions.





Qualifications we seek in you

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee queries
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications/ Skills

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and ADP is an added advantage
- Green belt / Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred.
