URGENT HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Job Location: Pune –Manjri

Experience: 6–10 Years

Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (CA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting activities for real estate projects.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Reconcile bank, ledger, vendor and customer accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and timely filing of returns.
- Solid knowledge of taxation and tax compliance is mandatory.
- Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Manage project-wise accounting, cost allocation and budgeting.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting

Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST & TDS – Mandatory





Experience in Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliance

Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or accounting software

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Strong analytical, communication and team management skills

Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
- Strong understanding of Project Accounting, Taxation & Financial Controls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred.
- Candidates serving notice period should be available to join immediately / at very short notice.
