- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
- Proficiency with SQL Server all versions and related tools.
- Strong experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.
- Deep knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Always On, SQL Server Clustering, and Replication.
- Experience managing Azure SQL (IAAS & PAAS) databases.
- Valuable understanding of Azure SAAS integration models for SQL solutions.
- Strong scripting experience with PowerShell for task automation.
- Solid understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) is a plus.
