About the Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr solutions for enterprise clients, from initial requirement gathering through to system architecture, configuration, testing, and go-live. You will work closely with data engineering and AI teams to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly into the client’s broader technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support the technical implementation of Sprinklr modules (Social, Service, Marketing, Insights) for enterprise clients.
- Design and execute complex platform configurations, including rule engines,



custom reporting, and user-governance models.
- Manage API integrations between Sprinklr and third-party enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, Data Lakes).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects prior to production deployment.
- Create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for client handovers.
- Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope.

Experience/Qualifications

- 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.
- Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr implementation or architecture certifications.
- Proven ability to configure complex SaaS platforms and understand relational data structures.
- Familiarity with API protocols (REST, JSON) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Solid project-management mindset and the ability to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing delivery.
