About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Consultant – PARTS LINQ with robust expertise in SAP CRM and CRM business processes. The role focuses on CRM Quotation-to-Cash (QTC), CRM Services, Middleware, Pricing, Billing, Partner Determination, and ECC integration, while supporting global module teams and business stakeholders.

The role involves configuring and supporting SAP CRM solutions while following established customization guidelines and best practices. The consultant will work closely with Solution Experts, Delivery Leaders, Functional Leads, customers, and global module teams to understand business requirements and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

The position requires hands-on knowledge of CRM processes, CRM–ECC integration, middleware, master and transactional data replication, pricing, billing, product catalog management, and service processes. The consultant will also support change requests, problem management, testing, interface validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CRM solutions following established guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze and resolve business issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support CRM QTC, Services, Pricing, Billing, Partner Determination, and Action Profiles.
- Manage CRM–ECC integration, including middleware and master/transactional data downloads.
- Collaborate with Solution Experts, Delivery Leaders, Functional Leads, customers, and global teams.
- Handle change requests, problem management, functional specifications,



and interface testing.
- Support workshops, presentations, testing activities, and production issues.
- Provide CET shift, on-call, extended-hour, and weekend support when required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have relevant SAP CRM experience with strong functional and technical understanding of CRM processes and ECC integration. The candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills and be comfortable working with global teams, CET shifts, on-call support, and client-site requirements.
