About the Role

We are seeking a Data Sciences Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI engineering. The role focuses on building and operationalizing production-grade AI/ML and GenAI services using Python, with an emphasis on reusable platform capabilities, operational readiness, and reliable production systems.

The candidate will contribute across the full AI software development lifecycle, designing, developing, and implementing large-scale machine learning and GenAI applications. Strong software engineering practices and the ability to build production-ready AI services are essential.

The role also requires a platform-oriented approach, developing reusable components, templates, patterns, reference implementations, and accelerators that can support multiple teams. The candidate will contribute to monitoring, telemetry, production maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability-focused practices for AI solutions.

Experience with enterprise AI/ML or GenAI platforms, LLM-based solutions, cloud ML tooling, and MLOps practices is beneficial, particularly in regulated or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement large-scale ML and GenAI applications across the AI software development lifecycle.
- Build and operationalize production AI services using Python and strong software engineering practices.
- Develop reusable AI/ML components, templates, patterns, and platform capabilities for multiple teams.
- Ensure AI solutions are operationally ready with appropriate monitoring and telemetry.
- Support production maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and hardening of AI services.




- Contribute to enterprise AI/ML or GenAI platform capabilities and reference implementations.
- Work with LLMs and generative AI technologies where applicable.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalable adoption of AI capabilities.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience building AI/ML or GenAI platform capabilities in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Llama.
- Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices.
- Airline industry experience.
- Experience with AI registries, tool/agent registries, grounding, retrieval, memory, context budgeting, production hardening, and reference implementations.
