About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Specialist with 5+ years of experience and at least one full SAP end-to-end implementation. The role focuses on SAP FICO, S/4HANA, financial accounting, banking processes, integrations, and country-specific configurations, with strong involvement in business workshops and solution design.

The role involves delivering SAP FICO implementation and configuration activities across financial accounting processes, including GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting, and other FICO modules. The candidate will work on global financial processes, country-specific requirements, withholding tax, banking functionality, and cross-module integration.

The position also requires experience in EDI/IDoc processing, bank DME files, check printing, electronic bank statements, e-invoicing, and third-party integrations. The candidate will participate in requirement workshops, prepare blueprints and solution documents, and develop functional specifications for business requirements.

The role includes supporting structured company-code creation, global templates, mergers and acquisitions across countries, document clearing, automation, and trial-balance setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO processes across GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting, and related areas.
- Deliver SAP FICO activities as part of end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Configure EDI/IDoc processing, bank DME files, check printing, and electronic bank statements.
- Support country-specific withholding tax, e-invoicing,



and financial requirements.
- Integrate SAP FICO with third-party systems and cross-module processes.
- Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and prepare blueprints and solution documents.
- Create functional specifications and communicate solutions effectively to business stakeholders.
- Support company-code setup, global templates, M&A; activities, document clearing, automation, and trial-balance processes.
