Process Excellence Team Structure The Process Excellence function is structured across three levels, working together to strengthen process governance, controls, SOPs and continuous improvement for clients:

- Manager – Process Excellence — owns end-to-end process governance, leads improvement engagements and mentors the team.
- Analyst – Process Excellence — reviews processes, identifies gaps, and supports SOP formation, controls and data analysis.
- Specialist – Process Excellence — supports process documentation, SOP maintenance, data analysis and process audits.

1.Manager- Process Excellence

Role Overview The Manager – Process Excellence will lead process governance, business operations improvement and risk & controls initiatives across engagements. The role will drive end-to-end ownership of process reviews, SOP frameworks, automation and continuous improvement projects, while mentor a team of analysts/specialists and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients on process excellence deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end process reviews of business, finance and operational functions, and independently drive process improvement engagements from scoping to closure.
- Own the design, implementation, governance and periodic review of SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices and internal control frameworks.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, control weaknesses and risk exposures, and drive root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive action plans.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk and cross-functional leadership teams to understand business requirements and deliver process re-engineering solutions.
- Drive process audits, compliance reviews and internal control testing, ensuring adherence to SOPs, policies and regulatory/client requirements.




- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, bottlenecks and exceptions; build MIS, dashboards and management reporting for leadership review.
- Lead automation, digitisation and process simplification initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy and turnaround time.
- Manage, mentor and review the work of Process Excellence Analysts/Specialists, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison with client/business stakeholders for process excellence engagements, presenting findings, recommendations and improvement roadmaps.
- Track and monitor improvement initiatives, benchmark performance against KPIs/SLAs, and report progress to senior management.
- Maintain version control and governance of SOPs, process documentation, checklists and process excellence knowledge repository.
- Support new client onboarding and transitions by designing process frameworks, controls and documentation from the ground up.

Candidate Profile

- MBA – Finance / CA Inter / CA (Qualified CA preferred).
- 6–9 years of progressive experience, post qualification, in Process Excellence, Business Operations, Internal Audit, Risk & Controls, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing or a related function.
- Strong domain knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (R2R, O2C/AR, P2P/AP, FP&A;) and business operations.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, SOP formation, process governance and internal controls/risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical, logical and structured problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience leading process audits, compliance reviews and quality/control assessments.
- Working knowledge of process automation tools, RPA concepts, and advanced MS Excel/reporting & dashboarding skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage a team, with strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive multiple improvement initiatives in parallel.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, with exposure to leading process improvement or transformation projects, will be preferred.
- Open to working across industries, including domestic and international clients and MSMEs, regardless of sector.

2. Analyst- Process Excellence

Role Overview The Analyst – Process Excellence will support process governance, business operations and continuous improvement. The role will focus on understanding business processes, identifying gaps, developing and maintaining SOPs, analysing operational data, strengthening controls and working with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accuracy and process quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document end-to-end business and finance-related processes.
- Review processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, control issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support creation, documentation, implementation and periodic review of SOPs.
- Analyse operational and finance-related data to identify trends,



exceptions and bottlenecks.
- Work with Finance, Operations and other teams to understand requirements and resolve process issues.
- Support process audits, compliance checks and reviews for adherence to SOPs and controls.
- Prepare process trackers, MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Support standardisation of workflows, checklists and process controls.
- Track improvement initiatives and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification and productivity improvement.
- Maintain version control of SOPs, process maps, checklists and related documentation.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com + M.Com / MBA – Finance Domain, from a recognised institution.
- 3–5 years of experience, post qualification, in Finance, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Process Compliance, Business Process Management or a related function.
- Finance domain knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Understanding of business functions, business operations and process workflows.
- Good understanding of SOP formation, process documentation and process governance.
- Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational data/reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

3. Specialist- Process Excellence
