2 rounds of Technical Discussion ( 1 F2F mandate )SME/TL- Underwriter – Property & Casualty InsuranceWe are seeking an experienced P&C; Underwriting professional at the Senior Process Executive or Subject Matter Expert level with the following demonstrated expertise:

- Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance principles, coverages, and underwriting best practices across commercial lines
- Proven experience in risk assessment and evaluation of property exposures, structural damages, loss ratios, and historical claims data to support defensible underwriting decisions
- Strong working knowledge of state-specific insurance regulations, ensuring policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions throughout the full policy lifecycle
- Ability to conduct thorough business risk classification across diverse industry verticals, applying consistent underwriting guidelines to maintain portfolio quality and profitability
- Hands-on proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end policy administration including submissions, issuance,



endorsements, and renewals
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex risk data, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to underwriting strategy and governance frameworks

- Handles moderately complex transactions with minimal guidance, good exposure to Property and Casualty endorsement for all line of business (BA,BOP,WC, GL, CP etc)
- Supports current joiners or peers by sharing process knowledge and best practices
- Performs selfchecks and ensures adherence to quality standards before submission
- Identifies recurring issues and suggests process clarifications or updates
- Manages workload independently to meet daily and peak volume requirements
- Coordinates with QA or support teams to resolve transactionlevel discrepancies
- Demonstrates flexibility to handle multiple queues or process variations as assigned
