Required Skills & Experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
Prior experience working with a real estate mandate firm is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in Channel Partner activation and relationship management.
Solid track record of generating site visits through CP/CPS networks.
Good understanding of the local real estate market and broker ecosystem.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage a CP network and deliver business numbers.
