Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end enterprise solutions; translate business requirements into architecture; define application, data, integration, security and infrastructure architecture; create architecture diagrams and technical documentation; evaluate technologies; design API and third-party integrations; conduct architecture/code reviews; support estimation and risk assessment; mentor technical teams; govern solution implementation.

Power Platform Responsibilities

Design and support Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps; build/architect Power Automate workflows; work with Dataverse; integrate SharePoint Online; develop Custom Connectors; establish Power Platform governance and security.

Azure Responsibilities

Design enterprise Azure solutions and integrations, including Azure Functions and other Azure services. Candidate should understand enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.

Data Responsibilities

Understand data modeling, enterprise connectivity, data migration and integration across systems.

Integration Responsibilities

Design REST API, Custom Connector, third-party application, enterprise system and cloud integrations.

AI Responsibilities





Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AIsolutions.

BI Responsibilities

Build or architect Power BI reports and dashboards and ensure the underlying data architecture supports analytics.

Security & Governance

Ensure solutions comply with security policies, governance frameworks, architectural standards and enterprise compliance requirements.

ALM / DevOps

Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across development, test and production environments.

Delivery Responsibilities

Support effort estimation, solution planning, technical risk assessment, implementation and production support.

Leadership Responsibilities

Mentor developers and technical leads, conduct architecture reviews and provide technical direction.

Soft Skills

Stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, technical leadership, documentation and collaboration.

- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, with the ability to model workflows, optimize processes, and align technology solutions with operational goals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
