3. Purpose of the Job: The Technical Manager Solutions Architect will lead the overall technical development of enterprise-grade software solutions, ensuring robust architecture, secure design, and high-quality delivery.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and team management, driving innovation and enforcing best practices across development, cybersecurity, and deployment processes. The individual will be overall accountable for the outcome of the team and timely delivery of the software solutions.

4. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities: Own end to end system architecture, define reference patterns, translate business requirements into scalable designs, and evaluate suitable technologies

Influence product direction by working closely with Product Management to integrate technical innovation with business goals, setting the foundation for a forward-looking software strategy and roadmap

Design secure APIs, microservices, and integration strategies for enterprise customers.

Implement Secure SDLC and enforce security best practices.

Implement identity and access management (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC), encryption standards, and secure deployment practices.

Lead and mentor developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.

Set up development processes: branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines,

automated testing.

Implement AI technologies both for improving the SW products and increasing efficiency of the development process





Lead by example through practical coding experience, empowering the team with guidance and stepping in to resolve complex challenges when required.

Communicate architecture decisions and trade offs to stakeholders

Hands on VAPT experience and timely security patch management

Exposure to ISO 27001 implementation

5. Core Skills: Architecture Design: DDD(Domain-Driven Design), microservices, API strategies.

Security: Threat modeling, IAM, encryption, SBOM.

DevOps: CI/CD, IaC, observability.

Leadership: Team building, mentoring, stakeholder management.

Hands-on coding experience

Experience in a global support and team structure

6. Technical Skill: Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, C++, C#, .NET Core (Version 5 6)

Web Frontend Frameworks: Angular, React, Ionic

Mobile Frontend Frameworks: Ionic (with Angular and React)

Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Database: Azure SQL Databases

Other Technologies: Microservices, API strategies, CI/CD, IaC, observability tools

7. Advance Skill: IoT platforms, device lifecycle management, data streaming, and cybersecurity standards

(IEC 62443, TLS, certificates).
