About the Role The Actimize SME role at Tata Consultancy Services is a specialized position aimed at providing expert-level support and guidance in the implementation and management of Actimize applications within the Financial Crime Management domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Actimize modules, including AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance, and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of these systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, designing solutions, and delivering technical expertise to optimize fraud prevention and compliance processes.

The candidate will also play a key role in developing and executing regression test suites, ensuring the integrity of end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems, and supporting continuous system improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance,



fraud detection, or related domains.
- Proven expertise in Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM.
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflows.
- Experience in creating regression test suites and performing end-to-end data flow testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Certification in CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS is preferred.
- Knowledge of AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, and sanctions screening processes.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial crime compliance and fraud detection.
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications within AML, Fraud, and Compliance domains.
- Deep dive into modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM to support configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Design, develop, and execute regression test suites to validate data integrity and system functionality across upstream and downstream systems.
- Assist in the customization and enhancement of Actimize applications to meet client-specific needs.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal staff.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to financial crime prevention.
