About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .Net platform, C#, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies.
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Expertise in leading enterprise-grade application development and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead cross-functional software development teams, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to software development processes, coding standards, and best practices to produce secure, scalable, and maintainable products.




- Oversee the design, development, and architecture of VeriTouch solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and implementation, including experience with Plug-ins, SSIS, ADF, Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop high-level designs and technical roadmaps.
- Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, assessing their relevance and potential for product enhancement.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences regarding technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps.
