We’re looking for a Backend SDE-3 who can design and ship reliable, high-performance systems at scale. You’ll build APIs, own services end-to-end, and work with product and infrastructure teams to shape how Snabbit scales - one deploy at a time.

What You’ll Do

- Architect and own large-scale distributed systems: end-to-end designing services that are resilient, performant, and tuned for real-time workloads.
- Write clean, robust, production-grade code: in Kotlin or Go, building well-structured components with clear contracts and maintainable abstractions.
- Ship with speed and reliability: plan sharply, iterate quickly, and ensure releases meet strict performance and availability standards.
- Tackle deep engineering challenges: debug complex distributed issues, anticipate failure patterns,



and contribute to Snabbit’s engineering bar.
- Champion operational excellence: build observable systems, improve on-call health, and lead incident reviews that strengthen platform reliability.

What we’re looking for

- 5 - 7 years of backend engineering experience, with proven strength in distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and modern microservices patterns.
- Fluency in an OOP language, with the ability to design scalable architectures and deliver reliable, high-quality services in real-world production environments.
- Exceptional debugging ability: someone who can trace issues across services, infra layers, APIs, and data flows with speed and clarity.
- A true builder’s mindset: scrappy, hands-on, and energized by turning ambiguity into real systems that ship, scale, and create impact.
