We're small, founder-led, and we ship fast. You'll work directly with the founder and our creative director. What you make goes live — not into a deck.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram — carousels, Reels, Stories
- Write captions and comment replies in the brand's voice, and hold that voice consistently
- Manage comment sections and DM automations, and reply to real people quickly
- Assist on shoots: props, continuity, shot lists, on-set support
- Edit and format assets to spec — sizing, cropping, basic retouching
- Track what each format is doing and report what actually moved, not what looked valuable
- Research creators and formats worth learning from
What we're looking for
- You use Instagram seriously and can explain why a specific post worked
- You write clearly in English and can move between English and Hinglish without it sounding forced
- Comfortable in Canva or Figma; video editing is a plus, not a requirement
- Organised enough to run a calendar without being chased
- You take feedback without flinching and fix things without being told twice
- Available full-time, on-site in Bengaluru, for at least 3 months
